RE: NOTICE OF ADJOURED ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM)
Dear La Salle Petaling Jaya Alumni Member,
The Old Lasallians Association (OLA) of La Salle Petaling Jaya, would like to invite you to its 38th Annual General Meeting, being held on Sunday, 22nd June 2025 at 3:00pm at the Dewan Kuliah, SMK La Salle Petaling Jaya.
Apart from hearing what OLA has been doing since the last AGM, and its plans for the next year, it is also a forum for our membership to be heard. Let us know what we have been doing well, and what we could improve on. Are there any new programs or events you would like to suggest in the coming year? Ideas to further promote how OLA can support the welfare of the student body, our beloved alma mater and our membership as well. Now is your chance to tell us.
At this AGM, the nomination and voting of a new management board shall not be done, in line with the association’s constitution of having an election every two (2) years. The AGM this year will focus primarily on adopting the last AGM minutes and to receive the Treasurer’s report and audited financial accounts.
In order to enable a smooth and expeditious proceedings of the AGM, we request that any questions any member has pertaining to the audited financial statements or of the activities of OLA, be emailed to the OLA board at least 7days before the AGM. The email may be sent to info@lasallepjalumni.org

We implore members to attend the AGM and to invite other past students of LSPJ who are not yet members of OLA to attend and be registered as members.
